This place is not a dungeon but this is where the strongest demonic beast resides, the Void dragon. The mountain is in the center of the continent also known as Forbidden Land.

Den and his teammates is the strongest mercenary group in the Human domain. They called them Elpizo mercenary group giving hope to humanity. They are currently fighting against Void dragon giving humanity a foothold on earth and preventing the catastrophe that will unfold soon if they failed to slay the demonic dragon.

”Give it your all! Activate all your skills! The boss is about to die! ” Den instructed to his team.

He jumps high and activated his strongest offensive skill, [Blade of Execution] to end the life of the Void dragon. The dragon recieves much damage and fall to the ground making a loud *Thud* sound.

*Pant* *Pant* *Pant*

”We did it! ” the people said in unison due to joy. All the years of their hardwork have paid.

After three years of perseverance battling they way to survive because of being weak existence from the bottom to defeating the strongest demonic creature on earth. Truly a majestic scene to commemorate.

”Lets rest up before leaving ” Den sat in the corner. ”Search and collect the core Alastor ”

Alastor excitedly walked into the dragon corpse. After a while he did not get any core.

”Leader! We didn get any rewards! ” the Vice-leader Alastor shouted as he run to Den.

”Huh? ” shocked by the sentenced exclaimed by Alastor. Deep in thought, Den moved his right hand to his chin but didn get anything. ”Do you have any idea Alastor? ”

Alastor, the vice-leader of Elpizo is the intelligent agent that holds the various information for the group to use.

”This is just a speculation but I have an idea ” Alastor said as he slowly walked to Den. His eyes become red and a big smile can be seen from his face.

”This! ” Alastor shouted while he stabbed the person in front. Den wanted to react but his body can move because of the fatigue he accumulated during the raid. Den can clearly feel the blood gushing out of his stomach and the wild face of Alastor.

The world turned into silence for a second.

”You didn expect this do you? Deeeen?? Ha Ha Ha Ha! ” Alastor shouted crazily making himself look like hes possesed by the devil. ”You didn know how long I prepaid for this moment! We are tired of being your shadow! ”

Haa Im very pre-occupied to save the humanity that I didn even know the feelings of my teammates Den thought silently while he observed his teammates smiling widely.

So this is hero. They always died at the end. Den cried inwardly.

”You know that I will not die from this stab right? ” Den looked at Alastor with grim eyes. ”[Time Rewind]! ” he shouted. This is his trump card skill in case of anything accidental happened to him. It can rewind the time by 5 seconds and have a 1 day cooldown. Den smiled after that but nothing happened.

Wha- Whats going on??!! Den desperately shouted in his mind.

”Khuu..khu… AHa Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! ” Alastor almost cried of laughing because of what he heard. ”You are really idiot huh Den? You didn know that this place is isolated in time, meaning that this room have no past nor future! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! ”
