It’s a metaphor for a sneaky person who is sly and plays tricks cautiously without arousing suspicion or
being noticed easily

“Bum“, the original word is 쭉정이, it means a useless person who does not fulfill his/her duty properly.
I can’t find an english word that matched it perfectly and the dictionary translated it as ‘Bum’, so let’s just take it.
