Sustainable food and agricultural system principles, gardening, and food production-based interventions have the potential to positively impact the nutritional health of individuals. Yet, few nutrition and dietetics programs or practice settings incorporate these principles. This session will review the latest research on the topic and equip attendees with essential knowledge and skills to transform an educational program or practice settings for the purpose of cultivating optimal health.
