Leadership, Professional Skills and Career Development
The dietitian of 2020 and beyond will need a masters degree to compete with other health professionals. The 'cutting edge' will require business savvy and not just clinical knowledge. Successful dietitians will need educators, mentors and coaches to gain the necessary skills and confidence to enter the worksite of the next decades: virtual or media environments, industry, public policy arenas, new businesses.
