This presentation will discuss various evidence based methods to successfully implement a healthy eating program in a workplace with many barriers to a healthy lifestyle: Southern Louisiana's offshore oil platforms. We will explore the journey of how two RD's defined their own job role and have enabled health culture change across the Gulf of Mexico. The presentation will highlight cutting edge trends, specific strategies and useful skills for RD's to engage and empower employees in a variety of workplace settings.
